Paya Lebar Quarter is a mixed development by a consortium that consists of Lend lease and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, located at the junction of Paya Lebar Road as well as Sims Avenue. The construction has started since early this year and will complete in year 2020. This mixed development will have three residential towers that consist of about 429 apartments units known as the Park Place Residences. The rooms will be efficiently designed and spacious. There will also be about one million square feet of “grade A” office space are available. For leisure and entertainment, shopping and dining a retail mall will also be part of this development.
